BIOGRAPHY:
CHUCK BAUER (B.F.A cum laude 1969 Ohio Wesleyan University, M.A. Fine Arts, painting, University of Wisconsin, Madison 1970) has been making art, mostly two dimensional, all his life. Chuck is proficient in oil, watercolor, and acrylic media; and in both abstract and representational approaches, including collage, mosaic, and sculpture. An award-winning artist, Chuck is
represented locally, and collected nationally, and has traveled widely to study art history, and world architecture.
Chuck has taught and worked with many students and peers, both beginners and those with all levels of experience and skill. Chuck has also personally enjoyed many intensive workshops with highly skilled and well-known painters in several states, most of whom emphasized various old master techniques, for both drawing and painting. Finally, Chuck is an experienced and proficient
plein air painter and has made over five hundred paintings from life while standing outside, in all weather conditions.

BIOGRAPHY:
CHUCK BAUER (B.F.A cum laude 1969 Ohio Wesleyan University, M.A. Fine Arts, painting, University of Wisconsin, Madison 1970) has been making art, mostly two dimensional, all his life. Chuck is proficient in oil, watercolor, and acrylic media; and in both abstract and representational approaches, including collage, mosaic, and sculpture. An award-winning artist, Chuck is
represented locally, and collected nationally, and has traveled widely to study art history, and world architecture.
Chuck has taught and worked with many students and peers, both beginners and those with all levels of experience and skill. Chuck has also personally enjoyed many intensive workshops with highly skilled and well-known painters in several states, most of whom emphasized various old master techniques, for both drawing and painting. Finally, Chuck is an experienced and proficient
